My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and cozy, but a bit small with no real space to set luggage out of the way. However, for the price I paid, it was amazing. I also appreciated the mobile floor unit provided with window access by the hotel staff.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were nice and cozy, though a bit small with limited space for luggage.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about community activities and recommendations, which was very handy, especially being right downtown.
Location
7.0
The location of the hotel was good overall, although parking a block away was a bit inconvenient. However, it was perfect for exploring Deadwood and nearby attractions like Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse. The proximity to South Dakota activities was also a plus.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were lacking, mostly cold cereal, muffins, bagels, juice, coffee, and energy bars. I found a better breakfast across the street.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as extraordinary.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the sleep Number beds which were a pleasant surprise for a hotel. Sean at the front desk was incredibly helpful, offering lots of valuable information about the area and even going out of his way to assist another guest late at night. However, I did find the weekend room prices to be a bit high, but overall, it was a lovely place to spend the weekend.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the Sleep Number beds - such a nice touch for a hotel. Sean at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is very up to date, which I appreciated a lot. The only downside was the size of the room; I just wish there was a chair in there.
